Connie Larkin, CCIM has been in real estate since 1984. Since then she has become a major leader in the Capital District real estate market. Her experience includes sales and leasing in office, retail, and industrial properties, along with financial feasibility of projects. Connie's creative real estate problem solving techniques saves her clients thousands of dollars. Along with her real estate experience, Connie is also very involved in local area's organizations. She became a member of the Saratoga Springs Lions Club, in 1990. Connie was their first female member and their first female President. Currently Connie is an officer on the Colonie Chamber of Commerce and sits on the Albany Chamber Ambassador's Committee. Connie undertsands how important it is to network within the community and within the real estate industry.
